I’m sure you’ve already seen this video… ‘Cat Hugs Baby Kitten Having Nightmare.’Pretty much everyone has seen it.

I, however, have lived it… as the kitten.

Last night I was having a very strange/disturbing dream (most of which I can’t remember aside from my dream self feeling very upset/panicked).  I awoke simultaneously from said panic and from my boyfriend pulling me into a giant hug (much like Big Momma Cat). 

Let me tell you, there is no better way to woken up from a nightmare than by someone you love giving you a giant hug… the ‘Boss Hug’ as he referred to it this morning. Boys, gotta make everything so macho.
